The Ministry of Digital Development has signed a contract for monitoring the media and social networks for employees of the press services of the president and government for 200 million rubles. The contract was signed for six months with the Moscow company M13. The contractor must collect and automatically analyze an “array of media content,” provide user access to it, and prepare digests.

The contract description states that it is necessary to analyze information from two thousand local media, six television channels, 300 foreign publications, 50 radio stations and 9,194 online media.

Regarding monitoring of social networks, the contract provides the following requirements: “the number of messages studied per month is at least 75 million messages, the number of analyzed sources is at least 12 thousand channels and accounts.”
