The policy of Mikhail Lobanov was arrested for 15 days. He announced the beating during today's search

The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow arrested the politician Mikhail Lobanov for 15 days, who had a search today. This was reported by the correspondent of Sotavision from the courtroom.

Lobanov was found guilty of the police disobedience (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the police, he prevented the conduct of investigative actions. The administrative protocol on the offense was drawn up after the search: from the apartment he was taken to the Ramenka police department, and then to the court.

One of the security forces who participated in the search came to the meeting: the operative, as the publication writes, said that he did not even have time to wait for a lawyer. Therefore, he gave the command to open the door to the politician’s apartment; Lobanov, according to the policeman, hindered this - but how exactly, the security forces could not explain.

At the same time, the politician emphasized that he did not interfere with investigative actions, politely spoke and followed all the instructions of the operatives.

The search in Lobanov’s apartment, according to RIA Novosti, was held as part of a criminal case of “fakes” about the Russian army (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), which was excited against the ex-deputy of the State Duma of Ilya Ponomarev.

Lobanov’s wife Alexander Zapolskaya told Sota that the security forces burst into the apartment for about six in the morning and put their spouses face on the floor. During the investigative measures, the security forces did not allow him to contact a lawyer and seized all the equipment.

In addition, Lobanov said through his associates that during the search he was beaten in the face and chest, and blood remained on the floor in the apartment. The comrades -in -arms of the politician published photos of his beating.

On January 1, Mikhail Lobanov recorded a bruise of the chest and hematomas. The arrested politician was taken to an examination at the emergency room by ambulance doctors, who was on duty at the special detention center in Sakharovo. This was announced by his wife Alexander Zapolskaya in his telegram channel.

Zapolskaya added that police officers did not come to the apartment to fix the trace of blood remaining after the search on the carpet.
