
Due to the incident with horses on Palace Square, which occurred on January 2, a carriage was detained. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg.
The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the carriage is a 38-year-old woman-tried to escape from the scene. The police detained her and recorded the “signs of alcohol intoxication”, after which they sent it to a medical examination. The police decide the issue of bringing a woman to administrative responsibility.
The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also told more about the victims: these are two children and their father. The man is 43 years old, his son - 8 years old, daughter - 9 years old. All three are hospitalized with injuries of moderate severity.
