
The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don extended until April 20 the measure of restraint by the three defendants of the Hizb Ut-Tairer case Alexander Sizikov, Alim Sufyanov and Seyran Khaydeninov. It is reported by Crimean Solidarity.
Sufyanov and Khaudinov will remain in the pre -trial detention center, and Alexander Sizikov, who has a disability of the i -group, is under house arrest.
Men are held in the fourth Bahsarai case “Hizb Ut-Tahrir”. All of them are charged with an article on preparation for forcibly seizure of power (Article 278 of the Criminal Code using part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code). In addition, Sizikov is charged with the organization of the activities of a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code), and Khaydenov and Sufyanov - participation in such activities (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code).
Three accused, as well as the defendants in other cases, Hizb Ut-Tahrir-Ismet Ibragimov, Vadim Bektemirov, Emil Ziyadinov and Zekiriy Muratov- were detained in July 2020. Sizikova, as a man with the first group of disability, was sent under house arrest, the rest - in a pre -trial detention center.
February 16 20:52 Military Court of Appeal in Vlasikha, Moscow Region, approved the extension of preventive measures to Alexander Sizikov, Alim Sufyanov and Seyran Khaydeninov. It is reported by Crimean Solidarity.
