Stanislav Bashilov last spring received a summons for military training, but instead of the military registration and enlistment office he went to the forest, where he illegally crossed the border.

In Riga, he received a political shelter. Although the migration service and state security service opposed, the court insisted that the case of Stanislav allows him to stay in the country.
