The boy was filled with snow from the bucket of a snow removal car in Gatchina. The Investigative Committee of the Leningrad Region opened a criminal case after an accident. This became known from the group "Overheard Gatchina" in VKontakte.

What happened. The child rode a hill and did not have time to move away from the descent-the driver of the snowplower car covered him with snow, writes the telegram channel “Mash on the Moika” with reference to the words of eyewitnesses.

Some witnesses of the incident said, the boy and other schoolchildren jumped near the equipment, tried to climb into the bucket of the excavator and threw the car with snowballs, reports 78.ru.

For an accident, the woman who passed nearby drew attention, follows from the message 78.ru. She ran up to the driver of the snowpock car and asked him to stop. Later, passers -by dug the boy with a shovel - his head above the snowdrift. According to the interlocutor of the publication, the child was with his younger brother.

How the incident commented. The head of the car depot, which removes snow, Vladimir Ryashchin accused the child and his parents in the accident. He stated that the driver of the excavator took out snow while the children "uncontrollably climbed in heaps," writes 78.ru.

The boy was covered with snow when he was "behind the heap." “We observed safety precautions, but did not take into account that there would be such a stream of children, and they will be without parents,” Ryashchin added.

The administration of the Gatchinsky district also accused in the accident children who “climbed into the snow shaft, without responding to the requirements” of the car deposit that removes snow in the city. According to officials, the company's employees themselves pulled the child out of the snowdrift.

The publication of the administration mentioned that the accident occurred on Bogdanov Square.

What is known about the criminal case. The Investigative Committee initiated the case of the provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements of consumer life and health (part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Representatives of the leadership of the IC Gatchina, investigators and forensic scientist also left for the scene.

Representatives of the administration of the Gatchinsky district said that on the fact of the incident, "the competent authorities are being carried out." Officials did not mention the criminal case.
