A second protocol on “discrediting” the Russian army was drawn up against Novaya Gazeta

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow received an administrative case on the “discrediting” of the Russian army against Novaya Gazeta. Judging by the file of the case, the materials were received by the court on January 11.

Novaya Gazeta.Europe reported that the protocol was drawn up in December. The reason was a text about Archpriest Andrei Kordochkin, who opposes the war in Ukraine.

Earlier, another protocol was drawn up against Novaya Gazeta under the article on “discrediting”. On September 13, the Tagansky court fined the editorial office 400,000 rubles. The reason was the articles by Alexander Minkin, Andrey Kolesnikov and Kirill Fokin, which were published in the first issue of the New Story-Gazeta.

In July, Roskomnadzor blocked the website of Novaya rasskazh-gazeta at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office. The article about “discrediting” also became the basis for blocking.
