The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin complained that “those who have left the villains live comfortably thanks to our country,” and suggested introducing an article on confiscation in the “villains who insult Russia” to the criminal code, their property.

Senator Andrei Klishas, ​​who had previously criticized the idea with the “wartime rules”, changed his mind and stated that the property could be taken away, but to comply with formalities, it is still necessary to change the legislation.

Finally, a member of the Council of Human Rights under the President of Russia, Kirill Kabanov, approving the concept, noticed that it is necessary to legislatively determine the concept of “traitor” - possibly by making the relevant amendments and changes to Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “State treason”. And he promised to "prepare with colleagues the position of the HRC on this problem."

The competition in humanism began to progress at such a pace that even the most quiet spokesman for president Dmitry Peskov decided to make the fervor of competitors. And he said that “it is necessary to develop a definition of what is considered a crime”, that “everyone could have different reasons to leave”, and that one who “did not slide on a path of really enemy attitude to our country, these are our citizens, for whom we need to fight.”

However, to believe that after that the flow of proposals on the approximate punishment of the “traitors” will run out, there is no reason. For almost everything, with the efforts of alternatively gifted legislators (some meadow with a bute of what are worth it), can be declared “rolling on the enemy path”, after which almost anyone, if there is a desire, was declared a “traitor”. Kirill Kabanov and his colleagues will take care of the wording, and the speaker Volodin and his indistinguishable deputies from Putin’s parties in different costumes to the extent of the mixing of the confusion will be taken away.

Of course, someone may hint about the norms of the Constitution, for example, those that guarantee the right to freedom of thought and word, and to free expression of opinions, including critical, about the activities of state bodies. But for some reason, there is no doubt that if the case comes to the Constitutional Court, then he will not have any complaints.

But - according to the principle of “our son’s son”, no complaints about those officials, deputies and oligarchs who have residence permit, property, wives, children, brothers and nephews in “unfriendly countries”.

The listed “punitive” proposals are the next “replica” of the Stalin state, with its “non -mistaken” state security bodies, whose image is increasingly appearing under the camouflage of Putin’s special operation.

All of them, like cartridges in the clip, are laid, if not in the letter, then in the spirit of the notorious Article 58-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR-on “counter-revolutionary activity”, “treason”, “transition to the side of the enemy” and otherly written, which almost always provided for the confiscation of the property of “traitors”.

Unless, they are not called for the “highest degree of punishment” for them yet - but here the key word “so far”.

Because the repressive legislation goes forward with seven -mini steps, and that a year ago it seemed an unsuccessful political joke today is already appearing as a legislative initiative, or even the adopted law.

And it cannot be said that all this is because Stalinism and Bolshevism are with their principles “if the enemy does not give up, they destroy it”, “who is not with us is against us” and “the end justifies the means,” were never convicted at the state level, and the organizers and performers of repressions were punished. Instead, the heirs of the Stalinist "organs" haunt those who, like Yuri Dmitriev, do not allow them to forget about their crimes.
