The journalist-investigator Andrei Zakharov published the answers of the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg to the appeals of the former municipal deputy Anna Karulicheva, who offered members of the city parliament to go to the war in Ukraine. Zakharov showed the answers of the deputies in his telegram channel.

Context. For six months, Zakharov proposed to Russian officials supporting the war in Ukraine to go to the front. According to him, representatives of the authorities "either banned, or rude, or did not answer."

The former municipal deputy Anna Karulicheva also offered officials who support the invasion of Ukraine, to go to war - she sent official appeals to members of the Legislative Assembly. As Zakharov noted, the deputies do not have the right to ignore such messages.

What the deputies answer. According to Zakharov, Karulicheva sent standard appeals: “Dear Namerekovich, I urge you to show personal initiative, to appear at the military registration site in order to send it to the front. Thus, you will demonstrate the equality of all citizens of Russia and you can not in the word, but to prove that you support the policy of the President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. ”.

None of the members of the Legislative Assembly agreed to go to the front, writes Zakharov.

What you need to know. Anna Karulicheva is an ex-deputy of the municipality "Narva District" from the Yabloko party.

In November 2022, the leadership of the “Narva District” deprived Karulichev’s mandate due to violations in its income declaration. Then the officials did not specify exactly what mistakes were found in the documents of the deputy. However, the head of the council of the municipality clarified that the governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov drew attention to violations in the declaration.

According to Karulicheva’s assumptions, she was deprived of a mandate due to a conflict with colleagues. Before checking the declaration, she sent complaints to the prosecutor’s office, according to which more people receive a salary in the “Narva District” council than it should be by law .

In November, the ex-deputy left Russia because of the war in Ukraine, follows from its social networks.

According to the Federal Law “On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self -Government in the Russian Federation”, no more than 10 % of the total number of deputies can work on a permanent basis in the municipal council.
