Passing commentators immediately discovered another adoration and began to explain on the move that the strategic operations that the Kremlin plans are required to coordinate the actions of not only the types and births of the armed forces, but also the formations of other law enforcement agencies: the Russian Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and others. In their opinion, such coordination can be carried out only at the level of the head of the General Staff. Other commentators tend to consider the result of a subcutaneous struggle between the main participants in the operation.
