The authorities of Kazakhstan forbade the Russians to “update” the term of stay in the country, going abroad for a short time (“Vizaran”) - now those who are going to stay in Kazakhstan for more than 90 days will have to receive a residence permit. Another of the most popular countries, Türkiye, at the end of 2022 almost completely stopped issuing its residence permit. In the third, Georgia, there are problems with the entrance of opposition activists and journalists. Together, at least 400 thousand citizens of Russia left these countries last year from mobilization and political persecution.

• The conditions of stay in Kazakhstan for Russians will be tightened from January 27: from this day, the government decree published yesterday comes into force. It sets for Russians the terms of stay in Kazakhstan, similar, for example, the terms of stay in Europe for the holder of the Schengen tourist visa: no more than 90 days during the calendar 180 days. Until now, as in many post -Soviet countries, the Russians could go abroad after 90 days of stay in Kazakhstan (for example, to neighboring Kyrgyzstan) and immediately return back, after which the term began to count again. In everyday life, such a procedure is called "Vizaran" (from the English Visa Run). Now such a “update” of the deadlines will become impossible - after the expiration of 90 days for a new entry into the country will have to wait three months.
• Until January 27, the term of stay in Kazakhstan can still be “updated” with the help of a Byzaran, the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed today. But this will allow to stay in the country only until the end of April. Those who are going to live in Kazakhstan and further will need to issue a permit for a temporary stay (RVP, is issued for a year and allows you to apply for a 10-year residence permit). To do this, you must either be officially employed in Kazakhstan, or register a business there. Other possible grounds are study, treatment, the presence of local relatives. The project of assistance to the emigrants "Ark", who, along with local lawyers, has operational instructions for Russians, advises to legalize, creating a legal entity and hiring each other to work. But the organization should be working - it will be necessary to conduct accounting and pay taxes.
• Kazakhstan is one of the most popular countries among those who left Russia. At the end of December, the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs said that only after September 21 mobilization came to Kazakhstan and 146 thousand Russians remained. RVP of them received only 36 thousand.
• At the end of 2022, another popular country began to close for Russians - Türkiye. According to the latest Turkish data, in 2022, 153 thousand Russians received the Turkish residence permit (and bought 16.3 thousand real estate in the country). In Turkey, “Tourist Snow” is a necessary document for permanent residence, without it in the country you can spend only 60 days, and the visaran is impossible. Until now, a residence per year has been easy to get on the basis of a long -term housing lease agreement and income confirmation. But since the end of December, the Russians have encountered numerous refusals to issue or extend the tourist residence permit. The Turkish authorities have not yet commented on this, and the Russians do not confirm the practice of total residence. The VPOST publication, citing a Turkish official, wrote that the authorities are going to complicate the procedure for issuing documents - "so that, for example, those who are going to work in Turkey, receive work visas, and the rest provide more data on their financial situation." But by January 16, no explanations appeared, writes VPOST.
• Problems at the end of 2022 began to arise among Russians who moved to Georgia (such, according to The Bell, at least 100 thousand). But they concern mainly journalists and opposition activists - since September, they often began to refuse to enter the country. The Kommersant newspaper noted that in parallel, Georgia, which did not join Western sanctions against Russia, is negotiating with Moscow on the resumption of direct flights.

45 dead in the Dnieper

The authorities of the Ukrainian Dnieper reported on the completion of search and rescue operations on the site of a residential high-rise building destroyed by the Russian missile on January 14. Two of every five businessmen fear that their companies will not survive in the next 10 years - if they do not change radically.

Last year, top managers called the main risks cybersecurity, healthcare and climate change, in this-inflation, macroeconomic instability and geopolitics. Moreover, the latter is not limited to Russia and Ukraine, but includes Iran and the growing economic confrontation of the United States and the EU. A separate survey of the main economists, conducted by the forum itself, showed that two -thirds are waiting for recession in 2023, and 18% consider such a scenario “extremely probable”.

Sberbank's profit in 2022 fell four

The net profit of Sberbank for RPBU exceeded 300 billion rubles in 2022, the bank said . This is 75.7% lower than in 2021, when the bank earned 1.24 trillion rubles. At the same time, in December, Sberbank was able to increase the profit by 40.1% in annual calculus - to 125.5 billion rubles. Pure percentage of the bank over the year increased by 5.2%, net commission income - by 6.2%. At the same time, operating expenses were reduced by 5%.

Since the beginning of the year, the retail loan portfolio of the bank has grown by 12.9%, to 12 trillion rubles. The main driver was the mortgage, its growth has accelerated in anticipation of a change in state support programs since 2023. As a result, Sberbank issued a record volume of mortgage loans in December - 382 billion rubles. The total amount of loans issued to private customers in December was also a record - 625 billion rubles. A corporate loan portfolio grew by 12.4% from the beginning of the year and amounted to 18.8 trillion rubles.
