It is almost impossible for an ordinary person to learn anything about the activities of Rosrezerv-almost all information about him is classified. And it is necessary to know, since it is the Rosterrev in the event of war, as now, or emergency, that is obliged to supply the country with everything necessary - from food to fuel and machines.

How the ROSTROW is arranged

Rosterv (full name - the Federal Agency for State Reserves) forms, stores and serves strategic reserves of the country. The primary task of the agency is to supply the army when announcing mobilization. Reserves can also be involved in emergency disasters, epidemics and accidents. The Rosterba system includes more than a hundred storage facilities throughout the country, in which there are everything : from metals and gas to computers and cigarettes.

What kind of goods and in what quantity Rosrezerv - GOSTINA stores. The ROSTROW spends hundreds of billions of rubles on the regular renewal of its warehouses, which are allocated from the state budget, and it constantly sells goods with an expired shelf life.

How are things really in the bins of the Motherland? In short - quite alarming. This could be guessed at least according to the numerous videos of last fall, where the Russians mobilized in war massively complained about supply problems.

What is the reason for this situation? As in almost everything in Russia, corruption is probably to blame. To understand how she works in Rosrezerva, you need to understand two key terms - “bookmark” and “release”. In the jargon of people working with the State Agency, this is the replenishment and sale of its reserves. According to the rules, they take place in auctions format, but the results of these trading are always classified, and allow only pre -selected participants with permission from the FSB.

Without Blat to the “bookmark” and “release” not to break through, businessmen working with Rosrezerva say. According to them, only a narrow circle of businessmen from several influential “clans”, the number of which can be counted on the fingers of one hand, has direct access to the trading of Rosrev. They divide the largest lots among themselves, coordinate the price with the leadership of Rosrezerva, and then, minus their interest, pass the prey further along the chain to the smaller players. The “project” managed to outline the circle of such dealers and their senior comrades. Oddly enough, the very contest of the best stew helped to open the veil of secrets.

Apparently, Tesl was represented by the Cherepanovsky trading house - he took second place at the Rosrezerva contest, the release said on the website of the State Agency, its production is in Biysk, it follows from the registry of conformity declarations, and there are another Tesla - Alexander, probably, brother of Yuri Tesley in co -owners.

However, the “Cherepanovsky” is not controlled not by Tesley, but by the family of Vasily Shestakov, the head of the International Sambo Federation and the former sparring partner of Putin. Shestakov and Putin met in the late 60s, together went to the “Turbostroit” sports club and played for the team of Leningrad in judo. Having moved to Moscow, Putin did not forget the old friend. In the late 90s, in the evenings they met in Putin's premiere’s office and, they used to fight-so former sparring partners worked out techniques for their judo book. In co -authorship with the Russian president, Shestakov published two books: “Judo: history, theory, practice” and “We learn judo with Vladimir Putin”. During Putin’s presidency, Shestakov was elected to the State Duma three times, and his son Ilya Shestakov, according to rumors, the godson of Putin, became the deputy minister of agriculture and heads Rosrybolovstvo.

The daughter of Shestakova Julia Gorshenina, apparently, preferred to self -realize in business. It is she who owns a control share in that same "Cherepanovsky". This is a long -standing partner of Rosrezerva: the State Agency has been purchasing meat products of “Cherepanovsky” since 2012, follows from the data of the file of arbitration affairs. In 2012, that contract was overshadowed by embarrassment: the tax authorities found out that the company that supplied the “Cherepanovsky” beef withdrawn money in the one-day company. It is not clear from the documents of the court how much the supplier “washed”, but it is known that he received more than a billion rubles from the “Cherepanovsky” under a contract with Rosrezerva. As a result, the supplier was punished with a fine, but he did not pay him even to bankruptcy. Neither the tax authorities nor the court began to study the role of the Six of the Six in the scheme, although its connection with the violator was obvious - the supplier was part of the group “Russian meat products”, the structure of which was the co -founder of Cherepanovsky.

“Cherepanovsky” is credited for hundreds of millions of rubles in the Bank “Russia”, which belongs to another old acquaintance of Putin Yuri Kovalchuk . Loans of Russia are also used by TD Krasagromol, which, until 2015, was owned by the son -in -law of Shestakova Vladimir Gorshenin. On this, Krasagromol’s connection with the family of Shestakov did not end - until recently, the company received loans from Cherepanovsky. Only the products of the Sixe cooperation with the Rosterrev is not limited to products. “Cherepanovsky” sold the stew to the State Agency, and bought ... coal, follows from the file cabinet of arbitration affairs. Perhaps the list of goods is even wider. To Tesley and Gorshenina, “Cherepanovsky” was owned by the “Russian resource company”, also associated with the Six family (RRC, the owner is the son -in -law of Shestakov, the general director - the nephew), which, judging by the site, in addition to meat, oil and fuel, sells grain, metals and tires.

The RRC collaborated with Rosrezerva even under Alexander Grigoryev, the first Putin leader of the State Agency. Grigoryev is another friend of the youth of the Russian president: they are familiar with students, together served in the Leningrad KGB, Grigoryev, as the media wrote, and was even a witness at the wedding of Putin. After Grigoryev’s arrival, state -owners of Rosrezerva grew a multiple - from hundreds of millions of rubles to tens of billions a year. At the end of 2008, Grigoriev suddenly died, and Rosterv was headed by another native of St. Petersburg KGB Boris Evstratikov. Shestakov knew him, says a person familiar with Putin's St. Petersburg environment. Shestakov did not respond to a request sent to the International Sambo Federation. The current leader of Rosrezerva Dmitry Gogin came to Rosrezerva in 2009 as Deputy Evstratikov. And in the same year he headed the agency - after his boss died as a result of the attack on the Nevsky Express train. Gogin was lobbied by another Putin’s sparring partner in judo Arkady Rotenberg, two businessman's acquaintances say. The press service of the Rosterv and the representative of Arkady Rotenberg did not respond to requests. They also met with Shestakov on the Tatami in the “turbo engineer”, and now they are part of the Supreme Council of the National Union of Dzyudo Rotenberg veterans heads him. Friendship is friendship, but the times in Rosrezerva are changing, immediately made it clear GOGIN after appointment.

Shortly before that, as if anticipating crop failure, six companies asked Rosrezerv to share the grain from the storage facilities. Among them were two companies associated with Shestakov - RRK and LLC “Reserve Materials”. Rosterv agreed to help the business, moreover, on special conditions: lend grain for six months without payment. However, only three companies were included in the list of lucky ones: Siberian food from the Saho group, the Red Kut elevator, which is part of the Bi-Ai Granum group, and the NPC Agromechanization. Behind all three unpronounceable names are visible the same figure - Arkady Rotenberg.

In the first two cases, it was possible to establish this connection quite quickly-some assets of the Saho group were partially owned by the President of the National Union of Dzuodo veterans and the longtime associate of Rotenberg Pavel Ballsky, and the structures of the Bi-Ai Granum were served and loaned in Rotenberg banks. The third lucky one - “NPC agriculture” - a dark horse. The company is connected with the former president of the Moscow branch of the hand -to -hand combat federation Mikhail Mikhailov, his wife acted as a co -owner of the NPC Agromechanization. In the early 2000s, he worked with Gogin in the leadership of Rostopprom. In 2004, Rotenberg became its co -owner through a chain of companies. After that, Gogin received a promotion and headed Rostopprom. And five years later he moved to Rossarv.

Mikhailov began working with the State Agency to Gogin, for example, in 2008, his Anrosa company bought some “material values ​​of the mobilization reserve” from the Southern Territorial Administration of Rosterrev for 11 million rubles. And after the arrival of the ex-colleague, he turned into Rosrezerva in a large way. Agromechanization was interested not only in grain from the vaults of the State Agency, but also the meat. This was revealed by the tax authorities who established such a scheme in 2013: several trading houses, some of which are associated with Mikhailov, through a chain of companies (including “agricultural agricultural”) were purchased in Rospezerva meat, processed it in meat processing plants and sold it back to the Federal Reserve. The organizers of the scheme earned at least 250 million rubles, which then brought abroad. The chain was built through the company "Ermak", which previously purchased meat from Rosrezerva without intermediaries and was also associated with Mikhailov. The tax authorities accrued Ermaku with more than 100 million taxes and fines, shortly after that the company decided to self -destruction.

It is not known whether Gogin was in the know of these fraud. But in 2015, according to the Chronicle publication, the family of the head of the Rosrerv received several premises in Moscow, which previously belonged to the relatives of the capital's developers Sergey Mepedov and Andrei Matalygi. These are not strangers for Mikhailov - they were connected by a joint rental business.

In addition, Mikhailov, through the “agricultural machineization”, was connected with the Interervice company - in 2016, both companies chose one lawyer to appeal the state procurement, it also represented the interests of Interervice in 2017, and then got a job in the company of Mikhailov “Aros”, which also came across “Interervice” on the same state procurement. Interervice also used the guarantees of Rosdorbank, where Mikhailov worked. The only owner of Interervice Dmitry Petrov confirmed that he was familiar with Mikhailov, but rejected any intersections with him in business. It was not possible to contact Mikhailov. The company is interesting not only by the fact that it participated in the “bookmark” in the Rosrezerv oil and the “release” of the stew, follows from the data of the file cabinet and the register of conformity declarations, but also the general business with Russian Railways for the organization of business trips of employees of the state monopoly. The fact is that the Gosmonopoly is headed by another Rotenberg frame - Oleg Belozerov. When in the early 2000s he only moved from St. Petersburg to Moscow, then, according to the interlocutor publication, Andrei Volkov was registered in the apartment of his Rostopprom colleague. Volkov also knows Mikhailov with Gogin about this “project” was told by Volkov himself and also worked with Ros Rosterg - through the Technotorg LLC he bought cotton from the State Agency, followed by the files of arbitration affairs, and fish, according to data from the same cardboard, for hundreds of millions of rubles and supplied the same canned goods and salt, followed by a court decision. The fate of this project turned out to be deplorable - in 2022, the court recognized Volkov bankrupt, at the suit of the Russian Bank Kovalchuk, who lended his business with Rosrezerva.

As it turned out, the Volkov is connected with the Agrotorg Troitsk company, it belongs to the agricultural resources LLC, which was owned by Volkov, which at the Steven’s competition bypassed the Cherestakovs, taking first place. Volkov himself assures that “no concepts” about “agrotorg Troitsk”, and could not recall the company “agricultural resources”. The jury was not embarrassed that a year earlier, the Rosselkhoznadzor was canceled the certificate for the beef agricultural carcass for the fact that a cheaper chicken was mixed there.

In 2019, a chair near Gogin seemed to be staggered, an informed source told reporters. In May, his deputy Alexander Kiryukhin and Sergey Ulanin, the head of the same research institute of Rosrezerva, was arrested that he conducts stews. It was not a matter of meat - officials were accused of embezzlement of more than 3 billion rubles, which Rosperta allocated for the development of technology to extend the shelf life of a diesel engine. According to one version , the initiative undermined the business of fuel merchants, and they responded with criminal cases.

The fuel business with Rosrezerva dreams of “about half the country,” says a businessman from the industry. The “laying” of fuel in Rosrezerv is the “level of the gods”: giants like “Rosneft” and “Lukoil”. But you can enrich yourself at the “release” of fuel: “Everything that comes out of the Rosrezerv is fabulously cheaper than the market,” the interlocutor of the “Project” explains. You can verify this by the example of the oil-fuel company "Neftemarket" from the Trans-Baikal Territory, which, according to information from the file of arbitration affairs, purchased gasoline in Rosrezerva through a chain of manufacturing companies. The scheme looked like this: the first circle of intermediaries bought the 76th gasoline from the warehouses of the Rosterrev with an expired storage period and on the same day resold it to the second circle of intermediaries under the guise of more high-quality gasoline-80 or 92nd, which at the market price bought an “oil sales”. All operations took place only on paper, in fact, tanks with petroleum products were shipped to the Neftemarket oil depot directly from Rosrezerva plants. The co-owner of Neftemarket LLC Alnasmashservis approved in court that in a similar way, the management of Neftemarkete brought to the intermediary companies more than 700 million rubles for 2016-2018. The Nefteemarket denied communication with intermediary companies and the availability of losses.

Another detail surfaced in this court: the intermediaries of the Nefteemarket purchased fuel not directly in Rosrezerva, but through the "independent suppliers". The main company with the romantic name "Hortensi" was the main one. Everyone knows hydrangea, ”says a businessman working with Rosrezerva. Her beneficiary, as the “project” established, may be businessman Fedor Dyakov. In the halo of its influence, several more companies with a total turnover of several billion rubles - and all this business is somehow connected with Rosrezerva. In addition to the fuel, they participated in the “release” of bins at least oil and metals , follows from court documents.

Among businessmen working with Rosrezerva, clerks are almost mythical figure. «Для этого человека достать миллиард — как вам тысячу рублей из кошелька», — характеризует его знакомый, добавляя, что у того «техническая оснащенность, которой позавидует ЦРУ», и налаженные связи с силовиками, политиками, криминальными авторитетами и теневыми банкирами. Еще один источник, знающий о Дьякове, говорит, что тот имеет прямой доступ к Гогину и живет на широкую ногу, в частности передвигается на двух «роллс-ройсах».

Все эти слухи как минимум отчасти подтвердились. На директора одной из компаний, связанных с Дьяковым — «БН-Брокер», оформлен белый «роллс-ройс» «Призрак». Дьяков числился сотрудником аппарата Госдумы , следует из слитых в интернет баз данных, и владел долей в Новом московском банке, основанном Валерием Хейфицем, которому приписывали связи с криминальным миром. А одним из контрагентов «Гортензии» выступает компания «Лидер». У семьи экс-генпрокурора давний интерес к Росрезерву, говорит их бывший партнер по бизнесу: Чайки якобы помогали Авагумяну наладить поставки обуви и мяса в хранилища госагентства . «Проект» действительно обнаружил бизнес по поставкам мяса в Росрезерв в период до 2008 года, связанный с менеджером, работающим в настоящий момент в структурах Авагумяна. В орбите влияния бывшего партнера Авагумяна также есть поставщик обуви для силовых ведомств, но следы его торговых отношений с Росрезервом в открытых источниках найти не удалось. По словам знакомого Дьякова, тот действительно плотно взаимодействовал с Чайками. Косвенным подтверждением этого может быть то, что в контактах Дьякова записывают как «Федя Iron Birds» — так называется мотоклуб Артема Чайки, в котором может состоять и Дьяков, владеющий мотоциклом Harley Davidson . Артем Чайка не отреагировал на запросы, направленные в его «Первую нерудную компанию» и возглавляемый им Международный конгресс промышленников и предпринимателей. Дьяков тоже проигнорировал попытки связаться с ним. Впрочем, у Дьякова могут быть и другие влиятельные контакты. Один из его бизнес-партнеров говорит, что тот не раз подчеркивал свои хорошие связи и с Ротенбергами. По словам еще одного собеседника, Дьяков вел дела с компанией из орбиты семьи секретаря Совбеза Николая Патрушева , что косвенно подтверждается документами, которые есть в распоряжении «Проекта». Все перечисленные кланы, как оказалось, не так уж далеки друг от друга. У партнера Авагумяна по «Авилону» Александра Варшавского, как говорит его знакомый, давние связи с Ротенбергами. С семьей Патрушева совладельцы «Авилона» якобы сошлись, когда привлекли в тепличный бизнес под Калугой Россельхозбанк, которым руководил старший сын Патрушева . Характер этих отношений не подпадает под близкое знакомство, подчеркнул Камо Авагумян. Семьи Патрушевых и Ротенбергов, конечно же, тоже хорошо знают друг друга.

В 2011 году крупнейшая ассоциация производителей и поставщиков продуктов питания «Руспродсоюз» заявила, что будет маркировать товары национальным знаком качества. Это очень важная инициатива, хвалил тогдашний замминистра сельского хозяйства Илья Шестаков (тот самый сын спарринг-партнера Путина Василия Шестакова): «Если сельское хозяйство затрагивает только треть населения страны, то качество продукции затрагивает каждого человека по несколько раз в день». Под проект было создано отдельное юрлицо — ООО «Высокое качество», в руководство делегировали бывших коллег Шестакова по Минсельхозу экс-главу департамента ветеринарии Минсельхоза Ивана Рождественского и его подчиненную Елену Саратцеву. Впоследствии проект перетек в подведомственное Минпромторгу АНО «Роскачество», которое разрабатывает ГОСТы — базовый ориентир для поставщиков Росрезерва.

Примечательно, что в изначальном «Высоком качестве» у «Руспродсоюза» было лишь 25%. Остальные доли распределились между «Интерсервисом», близким , как мы установили выше, к окружению Ротенберга, и фирмой «Петроконсалтинг», связанной с торговым домом «Агро-Лайн».

«Агро-Лайн» — давний партнер Росрезерва, который связан с Алексеем Патрушевым , писала «Новая газета». Он является соучредителем и президентом фонда «Токсовская перспектива», его почетный президент — Василий Шестаков, а председатель — брат Аркадия Ротенберга Борис. Впрочем, эти близкие к Росрезерву контакты — скорее производные от другой связи Алексея Патрушева — он приходится племянником секретарю Совбеза.

«Агро-лайн» стал работать с Росрезервом еще когда Николай Патрушев возглавлял ФСБ, которая курирует работу госагентства. Пост директора спецслужбы достался Патрушеву в наследство от Путина, с которым они познакомились еще в 70-х в ленинградском КГБ. Патрушев не был в восторге от того, что Ротенберги взяли Росрезерв под свое крыло , рассказывает знакомый братьев. Влиятельный силовик , по словам собеседника «Проекта», даже ставил вопрос об отставке Гогина. Для недовольства Патрушева действительно могли быть причины. Одним из претендентов на памятную раздачу зерна из Росрезерва в 2010-м был «Агро-Лайн». Но, как и компании Шестаковых, получил отказ в угоду бизнесу, связанному с Ротенбергами. После этого в Росрезерв с проверкой заявилась Федеральная антимонопольная служба.

Впрочем, со временем все уладилось. «Агро-Лайн» превратился в крупного оператора на рынке мясного сырья, а его поставщиком стал Росрезерв , писала «Новая газета». Гарантии под госконтракты выдавал Россельхозбанк. В 2013 году «Агро-Лайн» угодил в поле зрения налоговиков, которые установили , что компания прогоняла миллиарды рублей через фирмы-однодневки, которые затем частично обналичивались через банковские карты. После таких открытий бизнес «Агро-Лайн» как будто сдулся — на сегодня большинство компаний группы ликвидированы. Не исключено, что часть этого бизнеса просто перевели на ООО «Стронг» , которое теперь владеет товарным знаком «Агро-Лайна», а его нынешний владелец Сергей Чистилин получал в «Агро-Лайне» зарплату, которое в 2021 году показало 4,4 млрд рублей выручки , нарастив ее в 54 раза по сравнению с предыдущим годом. С учетом того, что бизнесмены, близкие к Росрезерву, утверждают, что Патрушевы не потеряли интерес к работе с госагентством, мы решили присмотреться к компании повнимательнее.

Один со «Стронгом» холодильный склад на Якорной улице в Санкт-Петербурге используют еще два поставщика мяса «Юнифрост» и «Легион», у которых прослеживаются связи с «Агро-Лайном». Как минимум один из них торгует с Росрезервом, в том числе через компанию-посредник «Восточный промышленный союз» (ВПС) , следует из реестра деклараций соответствия. ВПС и связанный с ним «Триал» , который продает в резерв мясо и покупает там металлы, а также владеет поставщиком рыбных консервов для Росрезерва «Нацрыбпром» любопытны тем, что открыто пишут на своих сайтах о работе с одним из наиболее секретных российских ведомств.

Что же это за группа, в которой сплошь поставщики Росрезерва? Наше расследование показало, что важную роль в организации этого бизнеса мог сыграть Станислав Ремизов — после того, как принадлежавшая ему компания стала акционером ВПС, ее выручка за год подскочила с 180 000 рублей до почти 400 миллионов. Он интересен тем, что владел охранным холдингом «Региональная служба безопасности», структуры которого разбросаны по всей стране. Вне зависимости от географии, у ЧОПов Ремизова была общая черта — они охраняли объекты Россельхозбанка и его «дочки» “ТД Агроторг». В период, когда заключалось большинство контрактов на охрану, госбанком руководил старший сын Николая Патрушева Дмитрий. У Ремизова были и другие пересечения с Россельхозбанком он работал в компании «Свелен» топ-менеджера госбанка Николая Семенова и Патрушевыми . Грузовая компания «Парм» от Ремизова перешла Александру Разумилову, гендиректору компании, которая берет в лизинг автомобили для центра «Арктические инициативы» младшего сына Николая Патрушева Андрея. Партнер Ремизова по охранному бизнесу Виктор Токаренко возглавлял подмосковный волейбольный клуб Динамо. Президентом волейбольного Динамо в Ленобласти является Алексей Патрушев, племянник Николая Патрушева, который и сам очень трепетно относится к этому спорту: до 2009 года он был президентом всероссийской федерации волейбола, а сейчас входит в ее набсовет. По всей видимости, семья высокопоставленного силовика действительно не потеряла интерес к Росрезерву . Гендиректор ВПС и бывший акционер «Триала» Максим Александров отказался от комментариев. В самих ВПС и «Триале», а также Минсельхозе, который сейчас возглавляет Дмитрий Патрушев, не ответили на запрос. Еще один друг

Среди поставщиков Росрезерва есть и люди из окружения главы Ростеха Сергея Чемезова, еще одного давнего товарища Путина.

В ноябре 2022 года Михаил Шелков, которого называли «финансистом Чемезова», приобрел у американской корпорации Arconic самарский завод «Арконик СМЗ». Продукцию одного из крупнейших в стране производителей алюминиевых полуфабрикатов закупает «дочка» Росрезерва «Оборонпромкомплекс», которая в том числе обеспечивает оборонные заводы алюминиевым прокатом. В 2020 году «Арконик СМЗ» стал крупнейшим поставщиком «Оборонпромкомплекса» , следует из пояснений к отчетности «дочки» Росрезерва.

В том же году у «Арконик СМЗ» начались проблемы — ФАС через суд заблокировал права голоса американцев на собраниях акционеров завода. Это практически парализовало управление предприятием, Arconic даже пришлось жаловаться премьеру Михаилу Мишустину. Впрочем, после начала войны в Украине вопрос решился сам собой — Arconic заявила, что уходит из России. Продажа СМЗ структурам Шелкова выглядела логично — у завода и принадлежащего бизнесмену ВСМПО-Ависма (блокпакет — у Ростеха) было СП. Приобретение обошлось Шелкову вдвое дешевле его рыночной стоимости, сами американцы оценивали потери от продажи в $500 млн.

Наше расследование проливает свет лишь на малую часть работы одного из наиболее секретных и закрытых ведомств страны. Но и выявленных фактов достаточно, чтобы сделать несколько очевидных обобщений. Во-первых, стратегический запас родины на закрытых аукционах под покровом гостайны поделили между собой давно знакомые нам кланы из окружения Путина. Причем на основе вскрывшихся во время расследования фактов можно сделать вывод, что давние товарищи не конкурируют за доступ к Росрезерву, а работают в спайке: торгуют друг с другом, переуступают долги и кредитуются в одних банках. Еще одно наблюдение — в каждом из рассмотренных эпизодов есть примеры ухода от налогов.

«Иногда в Росрезерве происходят чудеса», — говорит бизнесмен, который работает с госагентством. И рассказывает историю: несколько лет назад на торги по «выпуску» дизеля заявилась неизвестная игрокам компания и выразила готовность приобрести весь объем. За дерзким новичком стояла некая девушка, «которая ездит на Порш Кайен и выкладывает фоточки в Инстаграм». Все стало на свои места, когда выяснилось, что отец девушки — высокопоставленный силовик, усмехается рассказчик: «Рынок сразу понял, что девушка мало того, что выиграет тендер, еще и будет устанавливать правила — с кем и как она работает. Потому что прикрытие у нее условно целая авианесущая группа». По словам собеседника, бенефициар носил звание генерал-лейтенанта, но его имя и силовую принадлежность он назвать отказался. Впрочем в то, что это история из жизни, несложно поверить.

Во время расследования «Проект» натолкнулся на небольшую компанию «Паритет», которая на протяжении нескольких лет торговала товарами из хранилищ Росрезерва тушенкой, униформой, металлопрокатом. Выручка «Паритета» не превышала нескольких десятков миллионов рублей, как вдруг в 2021-м взлетела до сотен миллионов. В том же году у компании сменился владелец. Им стал уроженец Астрахани Павел Кидаков. Через другое юрлицо «Снаб Трейд» он связан с некоей Викторией Шаньшиной. Вместе с Кидаковым она работала в «Сулакском гидрокаскаде», дагестанской «дочке» госкомпании Русгидро.

Судя по роликам на Youtube с участием Шаньшиной, существенную часть времени она посвящает выездке лошадей в собственном конно-спортивном комплексе под Москвой. Первого жеребца Шаньшиной, как рассказывает она сама, подарили родители. Отец бизнеследи Вячеслав Шаньшин часто появлялся в СМИ в конце 2000-х, когда в статусе генерал-майора ФСБ рапортовал об успехах в борьбе с дагестанскими боевиками. До дагестанского управления ФСБ Шаньшин руководил астраханским. А затем устроился в Русгидро. В бизнесе с Росрезервом не бывает случайных людей, подытоживает один из контрагентов госагентства: «Чтобы жить в этом муравейнике, нужно обладать уровнем интуиции, как у джедая».
