The governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov, when discussing the targeted investment program, accused the “crooks” of its problems and demanded to get rid of them until the end of the year.
According to Zaks.ru, Beglov spoke about the “Croilovy companies” after the report by the acting chairman of the economic policy committee Alexei Zyryanov at a government meeting on January 24. Zyryanov announced a high percentage of the execution of the targeted investment program in 2022, but the deadlines for the delivery of individual facilities had to be shifted - he entrusted the guilt for this on the contractors.
Beglov in response stated that the city "had not yet fully kicked out all the crooks" and "there were certain offices" with which "we must have hard to do." What kind of "offices" are in question, he did not specify.
- A number of such crooking companies continue to remain that you just need to sweep out of the city, and that's all, not to be shy. You need to work harder. I understand that there are court cases, something else. Nevertheless, it is necessary to close this issue, in 2023, so that there are no crooks in the city at all.
Beglov added that this applies not only to the construction of houses, but also to road and transport infrastructure, including the metro.
The governor of St. Petersburg regularly accuses unknown “ crooks ” and “ crime ” of urban problems. Previously, he did this in the context of an information attack on himself, problems with transport and garbage reforms, snow cleaning and deceived equity holders.
The targeted investment program determines the construction of which objects of residential, social and transport infrastructure allocate budget funds.
