
Veronika Belotserkovskaya opened a criminal case against the blogger and ex-publicist of the Doga.ru magazine after the appeal of her former subscriber from Voronezh to the prosecutor's office. This was announced by the correspondent of the TASS news agency from the hall of the Basmanny Court in Moscow.
Details. The representative of the state prosecution will ask the court to impose a punishment of Belotserkovskaya on February 3. The verdict may be announced on February 6, writes TASS.
In addition, the Basmanny Court arrested the property of the former publisher of “Dogak.ru” by 153 million rubles, the blogger’s lawyer Elvira Kashigin said during a meeting of January 13.

According to the investigation, the blogger in her instagram profile published posts that contained false information about the "use of the Russian army to destroy cities and the civilian population of Ukraine, including children, during a military operation in the territory of this state."
In April, Belotserkovskaya stopped owning a “dog.ru” and transferred the magazine to the property of the general director of the publication of Inessa Gaevskaya and the chief editor Yana Miloradovskaya.
In June, it became known that the Basmanny Court arrested the apartment of the creator of “dog.ru” in Moscow, as well as residential buildings, an apartment and a land plot in St. Petersburg.
The Ministry of Justice included the blogger in the register of "Ino -Agents" on July 22, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs put it on the wanted list on December 26.
