In Simferopol, courts arrested 25 Crimean Tatars who came to a hearing on the Hizb ut-Tahrir case.

In annexed Simferopol, on January 26, courts arrested at least 25 people who were detained outside the Kievsky District Court, where the Hizb ut-Tahrir case was being held. This was reported by the public association "Crimean Solidarity".

On January 25, the court chose a measure of restraint for six Crimean Tatars who are accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization banned in Russia. Then, near the court building, the security forces detained 33 people who came to the process.

Later, 25 of them received from 10 to 16 days of arrest under the article for participating in an unsanctioned rally. Another court imposed a fine of 20 thousand rubles. At the same time, according to Crimean Solidarity, one of those arrested for 10 days, Midat ​​Zhalilov, does not have one kidney.

The remaining seven detainees were released by the police. Among them was a minor, Amar Abdulgaziev, who was allegedly beaten by security forces during his arrest.
