The Ministry of Justice recognized the “in agents” of the Little Big soloist and the female

Dasha Serenko

The Ministry of Justice of Russia updated the Unified Register of Foreign Agents. The list of Little Big group Ilya Prusikin, journalist Fidel Agumava, official representative of the Dalai Lama XIV in Russia, Mongolia and the CIS countries Erdni-Basan Ombadkov, human rights activist Rafis Kashapov and Themactivist Dasha Dasha,.

In addition to individuals, LLC Philosophy of Non -Silia and the Fund for the Development of Digital Rights fell into the register.

All individuals entered in the register are not in Russia. "The Philosophy of Non -Silia" is the technical legal entity of the philosopher Ruben Apressyan, already recognized by the "foreigner". With the support of the Digital Rights Development Fund, the RoskomSvoboda project, also previously recognized by the "Ino -Agent".

The first to the new status was Dasha Serenko. "There will be no dicks, of course. Minuster, catch the ass!" - said the activist, publishing an appropriate photo on Instagram. Earlier, the “Inoagent” was recognized as “feminist anti -war resistance” - Serenko, one of its founders.

All individuals recognized today were opposed to the war in Ukraine. In particular, Erdni-Basan Ombadykov in early October last year gave an interview in which he spoke in support of Ukraine.

“I think this is wrong, this war is not needed. Moreover, we live in the 21st century. Everyone wants to live peacefully, calmly, every country wants to develop, no one wants to suffer. The Ukrainian side, of course, is right, it protects its country, its land, its truth, its constitution, its people,” said Ombadykov. After the outbreak of war, he left for Mongolia.

  • The legislation on "foreign agents" in Russia appeared in 2012. The law allowed the Ministry of Justice to recognize non-profit organizations by “foreign agents” if they receive financing from abroad and are engaged in “political activities”. The criteria for which such activities are determined are not clearly defined in the law, which allows the authorities to persecute organizations working in the field of education, culture, healthcare, ecology, and human rights protection.
  • According to the "Virstki", 18% of all "foreign agents" in Russia instituted criminal cases. The most popular article for persecution is about the spread of fakes, that is, obviously false information, about the actions of the Russian army. The Russian authorities consider any statements that are different from the official statements of the Ministry of Defense.
  • From December 1, 2022, anyone who is under "foreign influence" will be able to declare the ino -agent.
