Who is the president’s envoy in the Federal District? Who is his deputies and assistants and why are they needed? “Chronicles” talk about one of the most ridiculous institutions built by Vladimir Putin.

Who are the envoy?

By building authoritarianism, Putin continued to develop an institute created under President Boris Yeltsin. Putin signed a decree on embassies on May 13, 2000 , just a week after the inauguration.
