Alexey Navalny
Two years have already passed since Alexei Navalny returned to Russia after trying to poison him and was detained by the authorities at Sheremetyevo Airport directly at border control. Then, rallies were held in support of the opposition that ended in arrests and criminal cases. Many of his associates were also in prison or left Russia. The most to Navalny was first replaced the conditional punishment with the real, far -fetched case, "Yves Rocher." Then - they sentenced to “fraud” with the donations of voters and disrespect for the court. As a result - 9 years of strict regime.
But they did not stop there - several more accusations were brought to the opposition policy, the cases of which are carried out in sluggish regime, so that, most likely, to manifest itself closer to the end of the imprisonment. For example, the case of the creation of an extremist community is still being investigated. The authorities clearly demonstrates: no one is going to release Navalny.
In the Vladimir IK-6 in Melekhovo, he is regularly sent to a schizo for trifles like an unbuttoned button on a prison robe or for being washed half an hour earlier than the prescribed time. The other day, Navalny said that he had been in a schizo for the 11th time. In this "prison in prison" he spent more than 100 days. Civil doctors are not allowed to him, despite the seriously worsening health, and actually do not provide adequate medical care.
He is simply killed.
Lilia Chanysheva*
Chanysheva left her career in the large consulting company Deloitte to head the headquarters of Navalny (the organization was recognized by the extremist authorities and its activities were banned in the Russian Federation) in Ufa, when in 2017 the politician nominated for the presidency of Russia. Before heading the headquarters, Lilia has already gained fame in the region: she had investigations about corruption, supported protests against the development of Shikhan Kustau - later this district was officially assigned the status of a specially protected natural area. Local authorities did not allow her to elections to the City Council of Ufa.
After the Moscow City Court recognized the headquarters of Navalny in April 2021 in April 2021, the opposition associates announced their closure. Then many coordinators of the headquarters hastily left the country, and of those who stayed, more than a dozen were under investigation. But even then, Chanysheva flatly refused to go abroad and was among the persecuted.
She was accused of cooperation with an extremist organization and arrested in November 2021. The investigation in her case is completed, she is still in the Moscow pre-trial detention center and is waiting for the court.
Alexey Gorinov
61-year-old municipal deputy Alexei Gorinov was born and raised in Moscow. He was engaged in scientific and social activities, taught. He regularly came to police branches and courts to detained activists and helped them as a public defender. In 2017, Gorinov’s self -nominee was elected as a deputy of the Krasnoselsky Council of Deputies of Moscow. It was the discussion of the plan of the “leisure work” of this council, held on March 15, 2022, that became the reason for its criminal prosecution.Gorinov considered it inappropriate to hold a competition of children's drawing on June 1, when his own state passes on the territory of a neighboring state. The municipal deputy Elena Kotenochkin agreed with him.
On April 25, criminal cases of military "fakes" were instituted against them. Kotenochkina managed to go abroad (she was arrested in absentia and put on the international wanted list), Gorinov remained - and after a few days he was sent to a pre -trial detention center.
According to the investigation, for example, “knowingly false information”, which he allegedly distributed, refers, for example, what he called the “special operation” forbidden word and made a number of other statements that we cannot quote due to military censorship introduced in Russia.
For statements at a meeting of the Council of Deputies Gorinov, they were sentenced to seven years in general regime. In September, the Moscow City Court reduced his appointed deadline - as a mockery - for one month. Currently, Gorinov is serving a sentence in the Vladimir colony in Pokrov. He is sick.

By September, the accusation was buried, adding two more episodes on charges of arousing hatred. Talent's case was transferred by jurisdiction to Udmurtia, the lawyer was sent to their homeland. The trial of charges is now being held in the Zavyalovsky District Court of Udmurtia.Without waiting for the court decision, the lawyer chamber of the republic without notification deprived the talent of the head of the head. “I admit that what happened affected my feelings. I was in the post of President of the Chamber for more than 20 years. I think that this gave me the moral right to at least know about the “plans” of colleagues regarding the fate of the entire corporation and my fate, ”the lawyer's published appeal said.

He did not leave Russia even after administrative affairs were brought to him several times for the most formal reasons. Even then, it was obvious that a criminal case was being prepared against him.Yashin continued to talk about what was happening on his YouTube channel. For one of these streams - about the events in the Ukrainian buch - the case of the spread of military “fakes” based on political hatred was initiated on Yashin and sentenced to eight and a half years in prison. The defense of the opposition filed a complaint about the verdict that has not yet entered into legal force. However, Yashin still, without waiting for a meeting in the Moscow City Court, was transferred to the colony. Now he is in the pre-trial detention center-2 Udmurtia.

Last spring, Kara-Murza returned to Russia. Then, in April, he was arrested for an administrative offense for 15 days - supposedly for disobedience to the police, who guarded him near the house. Soon it became known about the criminal case. According to the SK, on March 15, 2022, during a speech in the House of Representatives of the state of Arizona Kara-Murza, “acting based on political hatred”, he distributed “obviously false information” about the Russian army.
While Vladimir was waiting for a court pre -trial detention center, he was charged with new charges. First - for participating in the work of an unwanted organization, and then "Gosisman" appeared.

The signal of its radio station allowed to cover about two neighboring quarters.
After February 24, he began to pay more attention to political topics. Rumyantsev included neighbors with YouTube channels with opposition speakers, for example, the program of Ekaterina Schulman*. It seems that one of the neighbors wrote a denunciation of the former stoker in the police.
On July 15, he was sent to a pre -trial detention center for the military "fakes". The reason for criminal prosecution was not only Rumyantsev radio, but also his posts in social networks.
