
A resident of Bashkortostan, Denis Garayev, was sentenced to one and a half years of suspended imprisonment for attempting to set fire to a military registration and enlistment office. The Kugarchinsky Interdistrict Court of Bashkortostan found him guilty of article about “attempted destruction of property.” This was reported by the Solidarity Zone.
Denis admitted guilt, and the case was considered under a special simplified procedure. The trial in his case took place in November, the verdict was announced on November 23. According to the verdict, the convict mixed gasoline and chainsaw oil in an empty vodka bottle and threw the lit bottle out the window of the building.
UFA1.RU, with reference to the FSB, reported that Denis was detained on October 21. Vedomosti then clarified that, “according to the investigation, on September 26, a resident of the village of Isyangulovo threw a Molotov cocktail at several administrative buildings, including the recruiting office of the military registration and enlistment office of the Kugarchinsky and Zainchurinsky districts.”
