The actionist was delivered to the police department in the Frunze district and released after drawing up the protocol.

Frunze District Court of the city will consider the case today, February 6. The interests of Karasaev are defended by a lawyer from the OVD-info Oscar Cherdzhiev.

On February 27, Dmitry Karasev re-reinforced the protocol under a rally article (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the action “You do not have to be a feminine toy for men”, which he spent in January at the museum. This was told by the lawyer Oscar Cherdzhiev, who collaborate with the OVD-Info.

Cherdzhiev specified that the new protocol was drawn up without the presence of Karasev.
