“The calculation is again clear: the neighbors will inform us, this will scare us, and we will not return. But the neighbors simply removed the posted and scattered waste paper. On December 29, the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow arrested Lobanov for 15 days under a protocol of disobedience to a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). Before this, his apartment was searched because of a case of “fake news” brought against ex-deputy Ilya Ponomarev (clause “e” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
