According to Sunak, the British Challenger 2 tanks will arrive in Ukraine in March. The prime minister noted that 10,000 Ukrainian troops who arrived in the UK for training last week will use Challenger 2 tanks to defend Ukrainian territory "next month."

Before the press conference, Sunak and Zelenskiy visited a military base in Dorset, southern England, where the Ukrainian military is trained.

Earlier, according to The Guardian, the press service of the Prime Minister reported that the UK is also considering the possibility of transferring fighter jets to Ukraine. The head of the British government asked the head of the Ministry of Defense of the country, Ben Wallace, to find out which aircraft the UK could supply to Ukraine. At the same time, Sunak noted that the decision on the supply has not yet been finally made, but the British authorities are "actively considering" such a possibility.
