A criminal case was opened against me

A series of broadcasts and comments for the media is over. There is time to think about what happened. A criminal case was opened against me under Part 2 of Article 330.1. The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "malicious evasion of the performance of duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, in connection with the recognition of a person performing the functions of a foreign agent."

This is the first criminal case under such an article. A few thoughts about this:

• On my example, they want to create a precedent.
• I feel good, confident in myself. Of course, it is unpleasant when a criminal case is opened against you. Of course, this causes a lot of problems, distant the opportunity to return to homeland. But I was ready in such a development of events. Now I am in a safe place.
• There are more well -known and “dangerous enemies of the people” in the register.

But I spent a lot of time and effort to talk about the problems, about who the foreign agents are. And it turned out well. He called his colleagues in misfortune in the program “Determined”. This was one of the reasons for my sad championship in this criminal article.

And then Facebook* threw pleasant memories. Exactly 2 years ago he left the special receiver, where he was serving 10 days of arrest for participating in a rally at which I was not.
