META corporation has launched the Meta Channels format (channels - approx. "Papers" ) on the social network Instagram. They resemble channels in the Telegram messenger. The launch of the new function was announced by the head of the company Mark Zuckerberg in his Instagram account.

How the channels will work. According to Zuckerberg, the authors of the channels can publish text messages, images and surveys. Subscribers have the opportunity to leave reactions under publications.

All channels to which users of the social network will be signed are displayed in the Direct tab. Also, the authors of the channels can conduct broadcasts for subscribers, follows from the Instagram instructions .

In addition, Tsuckerberg launched his own channel on Meta Channel Instagram. In it, he will talk about the news and new products of META Corporation. By 12 in the morning of Moscow, about 290.1 ​​thousand users subscribed to the Tsuckerberg channel, checked the “paper” .

What else was told by the head of Meta. In the future, the company also plans to launch channels on the Facebook social network, which also belongs to META, Tsuckerberg said on its Instagram channel.
