A court in Astrakhan arrested a member of PARNAS who was detained the day before for five days and fined him

The Kirovsky District Court of Astrakhan arrested Yaroslav Savin, a member of the local branch of PARNAS, for five days and fined him 30,000 rubles. This was reported to OVD-Info by his wife Marina Savina.

The man was detained the day before due to the fact that in the name of his telegram channel, next to the name, there is an emoji of the Ukrainian flag. In this regard, a protocol was drawn up against the activist on discrediting the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and the court imposed a fine on him.

Savin was placed under administrative arrest under the article on petty hooliganism associated with disobedience to the demands of police officers (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Hooliganism allegedly took place at the time of Savin's arrest and delivery to the police department.

Police officers and employees of the Center "E" came to the home of the Savin spouses on the afternoon of February 17th. They turned off the light in the apartment, and after the politician's wife went out to the landing to see what had happened, the security forces blocked the passage and did not let her close the door. As a result, the activist was persuaded to go to the police department in the Kirovsky district, where two administrative protocols were drawn up against him at once. The man was left overnight until the trial.
