In the Leningrad region, they sent Dmitry Skurikhin to the pre -trial detention center. A second criminal case on the "discredit" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was opened against him

The Lomonosov court of the Leningrad region sent to the pre -trial detention center of the entrepreneur Dmitry Skurikhin, who was banned by certain actions in the criminal case of “discrediting” of the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the project "Network Freedom".

At the request of the investigator, the court hearing was held closed. After the detention on February 25, Skurikhin spent the night at the IVS. A new criminal case was opened against him - also under Part 1 of Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code.

Two days ago, February “Rain” said that the entrepreneur went to a single picket against the War of Ukraine near his store in the village of Russian-Vysotskoye. On the facade of the store, he has been placing protest slogans for several years.

According to the OVD-Info, on the same day the activist's family noticed him surveillance. Police officers came to his house, interviewed for an hour, but then released. According to the wife of Skurikhin, one of the security forces threatened them with "searches and changes in restrictions."

In September 2022, Skurikhin was a search of the first criminal case. He was suspected of placing a post in support of Ukraine in his telegram channel and inscriptions on the facade of the store. The court chose him a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions. The activist was forbidden to communicate with witnesses, use the means of ties and go to rallies.
