In Perm, the security forces drew up administrative protocols for two teenagers and their parents. The reason was a banner that one of the minors posted on the anniversary of the assassination of politician Boris Nemtsov. This is reported by OVD-Info, referring to the lawyer Artem Fayzulin.
According to him, teenagers Georgy and Dmitry were detained on February 27 after one of them hung a banner with the inscription "Fight 1959-2015" near the Central Market, and the second took a picture of him.
Later, the security forces issued protocols for teenagers under the article on violation of the rules for placing campaigning and other information materials on buildings, and for their parents on failure to fulfill their obligations to raise a minor.
