Perm adolescents and their parents made protocols due to the action in memory of Boris Nemtsov

In Perm, after the detention due to the action on the anniversary of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, two adolescents and their parents drew up protocols on an administrative offense. This was reported by the public defender from the OTD-info Artem Fayzulin, who represents their interests.

The minors of Permyakov George and Dmitry detained the police on February 27. On that day, one of them hung a canvas with the inscription “Fight 1959-2015” at the overpass in the area of ​​the Central City Market. The second detainee photographed the action.

The young men were taken to the local police department, where employees of the Center for Combating Extremism also arrived. Young people had a personal search, one of them was seized.

The father came to one of the detainees, and a protocol was drawn up to the man on failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the father of the young man, the police officer hit him with his son. Subsequently, the mother of the second teenager also drew up a protocol on non -fulfillment of parental duties.

The police wanted to draw up protocols on the detainees about the violation of the rules for the placement of campaign and other information materials on buildings (Article 6.8.1 of the Law on Administrative Offenses in the Perm Territory), but the police were not authorized under this article.

As a result, George and Dmitry were released, but on March 1 and 2 they were summoned to the administration of the Leninsky district of Perm, where they nevertheless issued protocols on them. The administrative affairs of young people will be considered by the commission on minors.
