The case against a musician from Tomsk was brought to court

The case against musician Anna Chagina, accused of repeatedly discrediting the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), was transferred to the Sovetsky District Court of Tomsk. About this from the card on the court website.

Security forces became aware of a search of Chagina on November 30, after which she was detained and charged. The reason for the criminal case was the posts and comments on the woman’s page on VKontakte, published between May 4 and June 12, 2022. It is not yet known which publications we are talking about.
