The heading of the publication belonging to the government of the Tver region.
It makes no sense to discuss each of the “exploits”, if only because they included the Western bridge and the Transfiguration Cathedral, although neither the first nor the second in 7 years have been completed. The process of increasing heroization of the Tver double -horn Heracles is interesting.
The results of many years of work by Igor Yaroslavich Tver media began to be summed up with the filing of the government apparatus three times a year: on his birthday, on the day of election and on the day of his appointment. The set of “exploits” is always standard: a successful demographic policy (no one has sex without a governor), spiritual values (more precisely, engaged, but not for the sake of the kids, but this is a sinful), blue buses (finally had something to carry for children) and schools with kindergartens (and where to carry).
The standard work and tasks of the governor in any region, but this is not even the point: the results of Igor Yaroslavich are not impressive not that compared to other subjects (in Bashkiria in 2019–2020, 28 schools and 47 kindergartens were built, in the Tver region - only 16), but even with previous governors.
In fact, the only “feat” that can be attributed to the Moldavian Achilles is blue buses. Unless, of course, the launch of the transport system, the annual revenue from which is equal to a pure loss, can be called a feat, not theft. So all the regions that studied the “experience of the Tver region”, as they enthusiastically wrote in booklets about exploits earlier, refused to repeat it at home.
The problem of Igor Yaroslavich is not that he is a bad leader, but that he considers himself a good leader. He came to the field of resolving conflicts, teaching the inhabitants of the Upper Volga Graza, baptize them and make the region prosperous. The governor imagines himself with a rur, Cyril and Methodius, Vladimir Saint and Mikhail Tversky in one person.
He is a martyr.
Tver region is a cross that he carries.
It does not carry very modestly, but this is necessary to solve problems. Because how else do residents of the Tver region find out that the governor is suffering for unreasonable Tverichs if the media do not write about this every day? How do they know that he suffers, but loves if there are no photographs in which he once again gives flowers to someone? How to understand that the region is developing if they do not write three times to a month that the “agricultural complex” is ready by 10 thousand tons to increase the production of cottage cheese thanks to the support of Igor Yaroslavich.
The features of the governor are myths, like Hercules.
But nowhere, except for myths, these feats do not exist.
