A video has appeared online of the shooting of a supposedly Ukrainian soldier who says: “Glory to Ukraine.”

A video of the execution of an unarmed soldier was published on Telegram. The video was uploaded by the Trukha telegram channel. On it, a man stands in a shallow trench and smokes. The voice-over says, "Take it off." The man in the pit says: "Glory to Ukraine." Then shots are fired and the soldier falls to the ground. The voice-over says, "Die, bitch."

Ukrainian activists and the media write that the soldier in the video is a Ukrainian prisoner of war. However, his identity has not been established.

Andriy Yermak, head of the office of the President of Ukraine, called the video "another example of Russia's national insignificance and weakness."

“There will be retribution for every such war crime. No one can hide from her,” Yermak said.

The Russian side has not officially commented on the video.
