In Chelyabinsk, unknown persons beat up lawyer Nikolai Koshman

In Chelyabinsk, unidentified persons attacked and beat lawyer Nikolai Koshman near his house. This is reported by "Vecherniye Vedomosti".

The attack took place around 6:40 am when the man was leaving the entrance of his house to go to Yekaterinburg. There, he was supposed to represent the interests of journalist Dmitry Fomintsev in court, against whom the head of the city of Asbest, Natalya Tikhonova, filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor.

Now Koshman is in the hospital. His arm and jaw are broken.

“I don't think my lawyer was beaten in my case. He is conducting several trials in Chelyabinsk - he is trying to deprive one deputy of the Chelyabinsk Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Kazakhstan from his mandate. Just a catastrophic combination of circumstances, ”said the journalist Fomintsev.

Nikolai Koshman is a plaintiff in a lawsuit against United Russia deputy Alexei Denisenko. The lawyer demands to deprive the deputy of the mandate due to the fact that he did not indicate the foreign property of his wife in the declaration.
