The security forces and legislators found a new threat to Russia - a teenager in checkered pants. We talked with these "enemies of the state" from the "PMC Rodan"

The end of February 2023, exactly a year since the beginning of the special operation of Russia in Ukraine - in Russian shopping centers, the police detain adolescents by hundreds. Basically, those who have long hair, who are dressed in black, who have pants in a cell and free sweatshirts with spiders drawn on their backs. Teenagers call themselves "Rodanists." Ryodan is a youth movement, whose name was borrowed from the Japanese anime. (Later, one of the administrators of the Ryodan group in Vkontakte decided to joke, adding the abbreviation of PMCs). The Rodanovites say that they consciously try to adhere to a certain dress code with “spiders”, but they have no goal at all to pursue and beat football fans or “natives of the Caucasus and migrants”-that they are charged with the last couple of weeks.

Today, PMC Rodan is discussed in parental school chats and in the Kremlin. The State Duma was delighted to ban the next reason. We tell you how the enemy was released from anime fans and how they are now trying to control it.

Conflict because of the chairs and for the "shmota"

The story, picked up by the media, telegram channels and Tick-Tokom, began in the Moscow shopping center "Aviation Park". On February 19 there, in the Food Cort zone, there was a fight between two groups of teenagers. History would remain unnoticed, like dozens of such skirmishes that occur in large cities every day, but the video of the fights fell on social networks. They shows how to the company in clothes with spiders (teenagers sat at tables with trays and food bags from “delicious and point”), a guy in ordinary sportswear is pestering.

He, raising his voice, urges one of the “spiders” to stand up and go out into the street, where he promises to beat. All this time, a screaming guy periodically pulls the guard of the shopping center by the hand. While the skirmish remains verbal - the guy reports that he is 18 years old.

“Are you 18 years old? You have no brains **** ” - you can hear behind the scenes. At this moment, another “Sport”, as the youth calls the representatives of the “near-football” party, is the first to attack on the tables of “spiders” sitting at the tables.

He was not visible in the frame, he flew up as if from the side, while his comrade tried to convince the Spider to go out into the street. Someone jumps up, a brawl begins. The fighting of the shopping center passing by the fight.

According to eyewitnesses: Initially, the conflict occurred because the teenagers did not share the chairs. And further the claims to the appearance - “for gear” followed. The company "Spiders" on this day had several ticklers. The video of the fights was laid out in the social network. It was rapidly encouraged there, and Russia found out about Ryodan.

REFERENCE
The name "Rodan" is borrowed from the popular Japanese anime Hunter X Hunter [hunter hunter]. According to the plot, the series has the criminal gang "Gene Rodan." Each fighter of this group has his own serial number drawn on the abdomen of the spider. The number "4" belongs to the cruel fighter of Hisok. Four is more likely to have other numbers on the clothes of fans of “spiders”. In Japan, some give this number the symbolic meaning - the pronunciation of the number “4” is consonant with the pronunciation of the word “death”.

Dead Inside (“Dead inside”) is a popular youth style that many “Rodanists” try on. So determine themselves to be those who feel inner emptiness, detachment, uncertainty. Initially, Dead Inside is a meme from the Internet, but now it has become a style that teenagers like. It is stereotyped by it: anime, the game Dota 2, black clothes, black or other color dyed hair, bangs falling on the eyes and covering the face.

As one of the Ryodan community in Vkontakte, the Chelles, who pestered the “spiders” in the “Aviation Park”, were drunk: “The video clearly shows who was the first to strike, from which side the insults went on. All this can be allocated for a long time, but I just according to some kind of kid’s concepts I can understand that one who is the first ***** [hit] ...-this is not good. ”

"Now we are all from the name" PMC Rodan "renounce"

The Rodanovites say that their “community” began with a group of children - twenty people who went together to concerts of the Radper of Shadowraze in Moscow, “got down” ( pushed, encountering each other to the music . - Ed. ) And they played together in video games. They came to concerts in clothes with “spiders” from a Russian designer under the nickname Hikikomori Kai (Hikikomori Kai). Three years ago, he created “Ryodanov” clothes-among it there were a lot of black and white sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts. Anton (the name changed), a member of Ryodana, tells the “New” that the clothes have gained popularity as soon as it came out:

“This style itself does not mean anything. It was created because there were more and more so -called Dead Insidies - adolescents who love anime, black color, dye hair, nails. But in the clothes itself there is nothing like that, she is the most ordinary, just beautiful. ”

Khikomori Kai wrote in his telegram channel that clothes are just things that have nothing to do with the left or the right. Several “Ryodanovites” shared in a conversation with the “new” assumptions that in weeks two or three about the whole story with a “new dangerous subculture” will no longer be remembered. But the main thing is that by that time the next legislative prohibitions did not happen - for example, on anime or clothes with a spider on the back.

• Today, the Hikikomori Kai Page in VKontakte has more than 76 thousand subscribers.

• The page administrators belong to the "Trees troupe" community (until February 28, called "Rodan Generation") - it has more than 157 thousand subscribers.

• In VKontakte there is also a Silent community (until February 28, called Ryodan // "Rodan") - more than 32 thousand subscribers. The description of this group at the time of writing the text indicates: "The community is in no way connected with the PMC Rodan and condemns calls to conflicts in any form."

• The Rodan group has 17 thousand subscribers. Until February 22, it was she who was called "PMC Rodan." Her creator is called Ali.

During the Stream dedicated to the conflict in the telegram channel “Central Bank NOT MIT”, he is mostly silent. His friend acts: “Ali is now missing the opportunity to speak out normally for any reason in connection with the situation in which he is located. But his position completely coincides with mine. <...> Who is Ali? Initially, I know him in life as a very cool person who did not express any nationalist statements in life. At least for the reason that even by name it is clear that people are clearly not Russian, he is Azerbaijani by nationality and is now also in Azerbaijan. ”

Some “Ryodanovites” accuse Ali of that he did not call in time to complete the conflict that had grown up in social networks, and even vice versa - he laid out the tough words of a certain property on the network.

In a commentary to the publication "North. The administrators removed the abbreviation of the PMC from the name of the Ryodan community in VKontakte during mass detentions - so as not to call the media and the police even more dangerous associations, the “Rodanists” themselves say. According to them, these three letters were added to the name of the public during the partial mobilization declared in the fall and “on the wave of Hype PMC“ Wagner ” - as a joke. “Now we are all together from this name,” says the administrator of one of the communities dedicated to Ryodan, Artem (the name changed).

"Ryodan is good and cultural spider"

On February 22 and 23, a video of new skirmishes appeared at the Aviation Park, which suddenly became the main place of meetings of representatives of different subcultures. As the participants of Ryodana explain, they came in large groups to "show how many of them are actually, and to defend their own." In the new recently created communities and telegram channels of Ryodana (who were not related to the main channel), messages and pictures with threats to “offenses” ( people from the near-football party - ed. ) Began to appear. With the inscriptions “do not stand in my way, mediocrity” and a picture, where the “Rodanovets” hits the “Ofnika” with his knee in the face.

In response, dozens of Antirodan communities appeared in different Russian cities that began to spread pictures with the reverse message - where a person in a black mask beats a person in clothes with a spider.

One of the “Ryodanovites” under the nickname Neuro Toxin shared with his “new” opinion to this situation: “Ryodan is good and cultural spiders. A very bad situation, we feel sorry for our Rodanists, but sorry for the rest. ”

History did not stop only on mutual exchange of threats. In social networks over the past days of February, many channels have appeared dedicated to Ryodan. For example, in a telegram, the first in the search when requesting “PMC Rodan” was the channel “PMC Rodan Video here” with two millions of subscribers. A week before the events, the channel was called differently - “fresh”, and the video was not at all about the “subculture” of spiders. Now a video with the signature appears on it:

“The young punishers caught the Ryodanov and, poking his head in his head, made him apologize for the fact that he was in this group.”

Or the telegram channel “Anti PMC Redan Movement” with a hundred subscribers with actually zero activity (at the time of writing the text in the channel, only four posts were preserved) and the published links to “full tin” and “PMC of the PMC Rodon of the Dick”.

There are still a number of similar telegram channels, for example:

"No calls to the bad"

RIA Novosti reported that over 300 teenagers were delivered to the Moscow police on February 24–25, some seized knives, gas cans and airsoft pistols. 11 teenagers made protocols on the failure of parental duties.

In St. Petersburg on February 26, after a fight in the Gallery shopping center, more than a hundred minors were detained. A criminal case of hooliganism was instituted. According to the police, the instigator of the conflict was a 17-year-old college student who attacked a 15-year-old schoolboy with the symbols of Ryodan. The boy in clothes with a spider was inflicted “multiple strokes with arms and legs,” the police said.

In less than a week, other Russian cities affected the detentions:

The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to conduct checks on video recordings in social networks with fights between the "Rodanists" and their opponents.

“In this situation, everyone behaved terribly,” says the group administrator about Artem about Ryodan. “I don’t even know who behaved worse.” “PMC Rodan” were a small community in VKontakte - there were different goods with spiders, the same underpants, but there were no calls for the bad. I think that [the fan of the conflict] began with third parties who are not involved in the Ryodan community. They began to make all kinds of stuffing-it seemed to them something funny. As a result, we came to the fact that everyone who dresses informally - there are persecution both from the side of the near -football players and from the authorities.

The Rodana, speaking on Stream, said that officially no one on behalf of the movement was more satisfied with the “gatherings” in shopping centers: “Now some new communities are being created-we urge them to remove them from an official.

People, do not do ***** [garbage]. You substitute yourself, substitute twelve-thirteen-year-old teenagers who have seen Tick-Tokov, and then go out into the street. ”

Nicola, another guy who performs on the stream of Ryodana, turned to the police: “I know that now our broadcast is listened to, then she will go hands - the media and the police. We are by no means against your work. On the contrary, we are only for you to monitor public order. But those measures that you apply in the “Aviation Park” to people who look informally are to people who have long hair or checkered pants ... They are violated not only of shaven -headed guys, but also by the police themselves. I want to ask you to treat them more loyal. ”

"Foreign trace" of anime lovers

Artem, the administrator of the group about the Ryodan, with whom the Novye communicated, says that he himself receives regular threats in personal messages and believes that “gatherings” is time to stop: “It is time to ignore any gatherings, it is time to stop wearing a“ spider ”, even temporarily. Because while we are only provoking persecution of us. ”

Meanwhile, they were expected to pass by the new youth current in the State Duma. Deputy Sultan Khamzaev said that it is time to ban individual anime series, since some “anime-content” contains signs of “destructive sense” that can destroy “traditional values”: “We analyzed the source of the attacks of individual young people in shopping centers. A kind of game that they wanted to transfer to life from the plot. ” Deputy Khamzaev did not specify which experts conducted the analysis.

The Governor of the Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov said that the “mother’s revolutionar” from the “PMC Rodan” lacks patriotic education. In this regard, according to the head of the region, you need to clean the "information and near -cultural field from all evil spirits."

Roskomnadzor sent the materials related to the “PMC Rodan” for examination in Rosmolodezh. The head of the safe Internet league, Ekaterina Mizulina, commented on the situation. She called the "Rodanists" a "depressive-aggressive subculture", in the ranks of which many profess violence. Press Secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov also commented that this “subculture” is “with a minus sign and does not carry anything good of our youth”. The head of the State Duma Committee on Security and Countering Corruption, Vasily Piskarev, said that "it is necessary to figure out if representatives of unfriendly countries seeking to destabilize the situation in Russia through young people are behind a fashionable subculture."

The Ryodanovs themselves say that many of the anime fans, the Dadinside subcultures live in Ukraine, Belarus and other countries. In general, amateurs of anime have no geographical binding.

• In Ukraine , in the last week of February, the “Rodanovites” were detained at “meetings” in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said that mass fights of adolescents provoke propagandists who are trying to "conduct another information and psychological operation and use children to destabilize the internal situation in Ukraine."

• Belarus also did not stand aside. More than 80 teenagers were detained in Minsk. In Gomel - more than 200 people. In Brest, the security forces detained 52 minors. The Investigative Committee of Belarus also started a criminal case under Art. 342 (“Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violating public order or active participation in them”).

On March 2, Hikikomori Kai wrote in his telegram channel: “No, I swear, this is all the matrix. Or you really want to tell me that, well, I created the design in 19, in 23 in it, the Cheliki ****** [have fled], and now all this is being discussed by the top of the authorities, the State Duma **** [damn], deputies, Peskov, Solovyov, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus.
