“With machine guns against tanks and mortars”: several groups of Russian conscripts were once again thrown to the front line without preparation

Mobilized from the Perm Territory, as well as from the Sverdlovsk, Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad and Murmansk regions, appealed to Vladimir Putin with a complaint against the authorities, who sent them from the defense to assault infantry.

According to those mobilized from the Urals, they arrived for territorial defense in the DPR in December - there they were at the disposal of the “First Slavic Brigade of the DPR”. Soon they were sent to storm near Avdeevka "without reconnaissance and communications with other units." As a result, four soldiers were killed and 17 more were wounded. Their video message was published by Sirena.

“We refuse to take unnecessary risks, with machine guns against tanks, mortars, snipers and without support,” the mobilized survivors said. They also reported that the regiment's leadership intimidates them and threatens them with imprisonment, sending them to the Wagner PMC or other units of the "DPR" if they refuse to go to the front line.

A similar video message to Putin was recorded by the mothers and spouses of those mobilized from the Moscow region. They said that the men were mobilized in September 2022, trained as artillerymen, and sent to the front at the end of December. They waited two months to be given weapons, and then they were sent to the assault infantry. The new training lasted four days.

Relatives asked President and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu "to recall the guys from the line of contact and provide them with artillery pieces and ammunition."

Another similar video was recorded by mobilized from the Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad and Murmansk regions. They were preparing to serve in the territorial defense, but now they are being sent to the front line - also without proper training. “The command forced us to flee in broad daylight into an open field for an assault, because of which six of our fighters died for no reason,” the men said.

The mobilized also complained about the lack of interaction with commanders in other units, the lack of fire support, day and night surveillance equipment, and armored vehicles.
