Masha Moskalev is continued to illegally hold Youth in the shelter.
Since April 2022, a monstrous history has been developing. Which led to the fact that the 13-year-old girl was taken from her father Alexei Moskalev and placed in a shelter. Alexey is educating his daughter alone. Mom left when Masha was 3 years old.
Masha Moskaleva and her father live in the city of Efremov of the Tula region. In the drawing lesson, Masha Moskaleva drew a pattern of pacifist content. The drawing teacher brought the school principal. The director called the police. After denunciation, the family began to pursue law enforcement agencies. First, Alexei brought an administrative case on the “discrediting of the Russian Army”, and then a criminal case. Then there were searches at home, the removal of all the cash of the family, torture at the interrogations of 53-year-old Alexei and, as a result, his detention at the end of February 2023.
Masha was taken in the Youth rehabilitation center (address: Russia, Tula region, Efremov, 41A Stroitelov Street). The guardianship authorities actually limit the father in parental rights. At the same time, there are no legal grounds to keep Masha Moskalev in the rehabilitation center.
The court released Alexei under house arrest. But, despite the decision of the investigator, Masha is not letting go home to his father. The guardianship authorities intend to deprive Alexei Moskalev of parental rights.
Russian citizens demand to cancel the resolution of the commission on minors of the Tula region, who sent a sixth grader to the shelter, and immediately let Mary go home to her father.
OVD-Info reports: “House arrest Alexei was appointed until April 27. Without a daughter, he can neither go to the store, nor chat with anyone except his lawyer and investigator. Masha closed in the shelter and wants to go home to her father. ”
