A resident of the village of Pavlovka, Nurimanovsky district, is suspected of participating in the activities of an extremist organization (Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, he “propagated the ideology of an extremist organization,” sent letters to government agencies calling on them to stop their activities and published “propaganda speeches” on the Internet.
The man was searched, during which security forces seized “items and documents relevant to the investigation of the criminal case.” As a preventive measure, he was given a written undertaking not to leave the place, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Bashkortostan clarifies .
