On March 17, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He is suspected of illegal deportation of children from the occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia. As explained in court, there is “reasonable grounds” to believe that Putin is personal responsibility for this. The arrest of the Russian Commissioner for the Rights of the Child Maria Lvova-Belova was also issued.
