Since the beginning of military mobilization, 536 criminal cases were received in the garrison courts of Russia under articles on unauthorized abandonment, failure to fulfill the order, desertion and other compositions, follows from the date of the mediazone of the electronic cardboard of the courts.
In the regions of Siberia and the Far East, the courts registered 113 cases , 21% of the total. The leaders in the number of criminal cases are Khabarovsk (20) and the Trans -Baikal Territory (12).
In these regions, as in Russia, the most popular persecution article is the unauthorized abandonment of the part, when the military, as he will leave, leaves the combat zone.
Siberia. Realities briefly retell other conclusions from the study.
According to the observations of journalists, the courts registered the record number of cases of “Samovka” in the incomplete March of 2023 - about two hundred, this is the maximum number of at least the last two years.
After amendments to criminal articles due to mobilization, the punishment for unauthorized abandonment of the units was tightened, but military personnel, as a rule, are sentenced to conditional terms, then again sent to the front. Omsk Private Ruslan Akhmetov was sentenced to five years and three months in prison, and Maadir Ondar from Abakan - to 2.5 years conditionally .
The most stringent punishments for the "Samolk", as noted by the "Mediazone", was issued by the Kamchatka garrison court - two sentences for seven years of the colony. Real imprisonment is prescribed if a person did not appear in the service for about a month or more. The Military Court in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk appointed the most severe conditional terms: mobilized Vladimir Zaitsev received eight years for a month absence in the war.
After the start of mobilization, they began to initiate criminal cases under the article on non -fulfillment of the order, which was previously used infrequently.
The Russian leader in the number of cases of non -fulfillment of the order became the Kamchatka Territory - six cases. The 35th Military Garrison Court has appointed a year and eight months of a colony-settlement to a soldier Alexei Breusov, who refused to participate in the hostilities in Ukraine.
The cousins Vladimir and Yegor Kotov, who served in the Amur Region, received 3.5 years and 3 years 4 months in a colony. They refused to go to the front line in the Kherson region to hold "busy borders in the battalion regions of defense to prevent the enemy’s breakthrough," because "they were afraid for their lives."
Another article, which after mobilization began to be used more often against the indignant military, is the use of violence to the commander.
The most famous case is the case of the mobilized Alexander Leshkov, who hit the lieutenant colonel during the dispute in the Patriot training center near Moscow. For this, Leshkova was sentenced to 5.5 years of strict regime.
The mobilized Stanislav Rybin from the Omsk region was sentenced to six years in a maximum regime under articles about the attack on the officer and the threat to the murder of a knife.
During the preparation of the study, "Mediazona" drew attention to the loss from the website of the Kamchatka garrison military court of electronic cards of cases under military articles. The press service of the court could not answer the question of the reason for the disappearance.
“If this is not an accident and a technical failure, perhaps they will soon disappear from the sites of other vessels, and we will no longer be able to find out how many more military people will fall under court for the refusal to die in the war with Ukraine,” the publication summarizes.
