Interesting statistics on Germany

- From the beginning of 2022 to January 2023 inclusive to Russian citizens issued 1162 humanitarian visas (including family members).

- Over the same period, the Russians submitted 3862 applications for the provision of asylum.

- Of these, 210 were satisfied, another 67 people received “secondary protection” (that is, they were not given asylum, but allowed to stay in the country), 2317 statements were refused (if I understood correctly), the rest are still being considered, that is, a little more than 10% of the statements about the asylum is satisfied.

- Russian participants in various special programs such as students and teachers are so few that statistics on them are not provided, so as not to expose specific people to the risk.

- Decisions on the provision of asylum to the deserters (apparently, they mean military personnel, and not all potential mobilized ones) are accepted individually, taking into account security inspections and possible involvement in war crimes, but, as a rule, are satisfied.
