One of the pioneers of the domestic New Weswa-this is how Vasily Shumov, friend of Artemia Troitsky, Peter Mamonov and Zhanna Aguzarova, represent in different places and circles. With the last two, the musician released joint albums. For more than 40 years, the noise “Center” has made music inconvenient for classification. “Center” is such a group that seems to be, but at the same time ... ”-Vasily Shumov himself somehow mentioned. The Internet is remembered by a collection of compositions of the Center group in the late nineties under the guise of Russian Rock Legends. “All of ours is forever” - the ironic anthem of “Sovietness” anticipated the tread of the New Age. Four years later, when the “curtain” collapsed, the reef from this song used the “Gas Sector” in their “Walk a Man”, drunk from the surging freedom.
Since the beginning of the nineties, the musician moved further from the concept of Russian rock -living in the States for almost twenty years contributed to this. In the middle of the zero, having returned to Moscow, Vasily continues to create electronics and rock music at the junction.
The new album is a direct continuation of last year’s “Sew”. No Tongues is a French experimental project that appeared in 2015. Each of their albums has its own concept. On its last, “ICI”, the group reveals the aesthetic gaps of its identity.
A whisper, wheezing, a squeak, a children's abramadabra and other sounds of a real and synthesized nature are drawn into a whirlpool of certain events that are not devoid of mystery. The screech of the winds, threw string and nervous percussion compact the space, making it tangible and viscous. The mushroom swarm becomes a single barracking object in order to break up again into molecules. Sound fullness reaches the apogee in the topic of no tongues coeur de la montagne. According to the musicians, work on the plate began with the collection of sounds - all members of the team participated, relatives and friends were connected.
They collected everything everywhere. The sounds found, overheard, recovered, prepared. Several familiar musicians shared their songs. So, for example, a completely bewitching, full of Breton Fleer Parrandada de Entroido Do Canizo, was recorded together with the French singer Elsa Corre from the city of Duarnen, in the north-west of France.
