On Tuesday, March 28, the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg granted the prosecutor’s claim to recognize the picture with the statement of the French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre “Any anti-communist is a bastard ...” prohibited for distribution on the Internet. The correspondent "ZAKS.ru" is transmitted about this from the courtroom.

Details. The prosecutor's office believes that in the words of Sartre there are signs of "humiliation of human dignity based on political, ideological hatred or enmity."

Initially, the agency required access to six resources, on which a philosopher was located, but the administrators of some of them are not in Russia.

Context. On February 10, 2022, the Primorsky District Court fined 10 thousand rubles of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of Alexei Filippov because of the same quote that he replaced on VKontakte back in 2017.

Filippov was found guilty of arousing hatred or enmity.
