Context. Andrei Kotenko was expelled from the third year on September 19, 2022. Formally, the university excluded him due to poor performance, but the court ruled that the university administration was clear political subtext, says the defender of the young man.

“He led an active Instagram, published anti -war posts, the elders wrote to him to stop publishing it. There was also a moment that it was necessary to attend patriotic events at the university - he refused, and he was promised to be problems for this, ”said Artem Klyga.

According to Kotenko, after he began to speak out against the war, claims from the university began to him. He was asked to write explanatory if he came later than five minutes before the start of the lecture. Also, the young man was called to the dean’s office, where they showed all his printed posts and asked them to comment.
