Details. According to the investigation, on September 12, 2022 at 21:20 Kasinov set fire to someone else's Mazda 6 car on Lensovet Street. He brought with him a canister with gasoline, doused the car and brought a burning match. After that, Kasinov left the scene of the crime.
The court ruled that the man caused material damage to the victim in the amount of 620 thousand rubles. However, the decision did not indicate that he was obliged to compensate him. Kasinov received 1.5 years conditionally with a test term for two years.
The man pleaded guilty. According to him, he set fire to the car "due to a combination of difficult life circumstances."
