That Friday went to the round table at the KVC to them. Tenishevs, where the concept of landscaping Glinka Garden was discussed, and I have something to tell.
Firstly, when I, in principle, saw the news that they were going to do something with him, there was a persistent desire to take up the pitchfork. I can still forgive when the paws of our officials reach the noun of squares, like the fact that Shevchenko is disfiguring him with their idea of the beautiful-there is no historical value, there is nothing special to spoil, and when we finally expel all the ghouls from the land of Smolenskaya, their hacks and do it will not be so difficult to do it normally.
And here - Blonier. The heart of the city, almost the last oasis of truly old centuries-old trees, with a mass of monuments and ... In fact, everything (so far) was not so scary.
In principle, I was pleased with the fact that, in contrast to the discussion of the concept of embankment 2.0, this time there was a little more public, and the discussion dragged on for 2.5 hours. It is also great that we did not agree between the teams - confrontation, evidence of our point of view, disputes - this is fine, and it should be, and not these "unanimously, there are no objections."
As in the last, embankment once, while the administration plans only the development of the project, when they start implementation, the issue is open. Therefore, now I will simply list my main proposals, which my colleagues in the command agreed there and with which my colleagues agreed there and with
-Fonan-chasha in the center of Blonier-to destroy, finally replacing it with a dry fountain (the one where the metal lattices, from under which the dancing high streams of water beat, and children and adults are worn from under the Earth. It was not possible to push it on the embankment (and such fountains are one of the best points of the Ever!)-Moreover! The concept of an old fountain - with sections that do not cover the through passage from lateral alleys.
-Remove garbage containers underground: for more than one decade there is a great way out, how to save the squares and parks from ugly cubic grounds-to bury, leaving the leaning plate cover and a neat urn, through which all the garbage is dumped into the storage; We have garbage harvesters with robots to capture and raise such containers.
- Smart and artistic backlight. You can’t just replace the lanterns on the erases and at least working, you must finally take care of the tourist -attractive light. A deer after sunset is not visible at all. The art object monocoles is lost in the shadow of the foliage. I am generally silent about the fountain. Among the centuries -old trees, you can hide neat lights that simulate the starry sky, direct three -dimensional colored projections to the crowns of the trees with portraits of famous Smolyans, for example, or reviving the same deer of textured lightsuits.
-In the stone parapets walking around the perimeter, and the lavochka overlays are asked, as near the Tsuma-at least investments, and the convenience is excellent. People sit on the stones on the side that goes to Lenin Square.
- In general, adequate benches with backs on the alleys have long been asking for a long time. Enough to lie to themselves, even more conveniently to lean back, resting in the shadow of spreading trees, and not sit, holding a posture on a naked shop. Not to mention the elderly Smolans. And it would be nice to supply shops with charges for smartphones, and even better-personal point lighting-as it once was with lavat lavoca in Lopatinsky.
- In the corners of the square, where the entrance groups are the gate, I would suggest putting city sculptures (not monuments on pedestals and not disgusting busts, but mounted in the level of the sidewalk living in their lives) - this proposal was met with inappropriate, I accept and understand. It’s my opinion) by the way, in addition to historical personalities associated and not immortalized with Smolensk (Potemkin, Ekaterina II, Khmelnitsky), I would add (just four inputs), the sculpture of the activist Nina Chaevskaya-a woman who defended our fortress wall, which was planned to be demolished in the 60s.
-An interesting proposal on the art object was made by colleagues from another team-the idea is not mine, but I want to voice it here: to put a pupiter near the monument (ideally with an interactive display, where you can read about the composer and publish the Philharmonic Poster and a lot more) and in front of him on a transparent stagnation-than not the photo zone and the original decision to emphasize The musicality of this corner of the city?
And of course there is no intervention in green spaces. Do not cut down, do not crown, leave at least something real green and old, as it should have been in our entire ancient city.
What of this they listen to and what they realize is a big question so far. But I emphasize once again - the need to go to such events, speak out, try to reach, argue and listen - the law, almost more than 10 commandments. Otherwise, we will lose our city even faster.
What proposals would you make for Blonier?
