The father of a schoolgirl with a drawing against the war escaped from house arrest

In the Tula region, the Efremovsky District Court sentenced to two years the colony of general regime Alexei Moskalev, the father of a schoolgirl who painted an anti -war drawing.
Moskalev was found guilty of the so-called re-discredit of the army due to comments on social networks. He did not admit his guilt.
The defendant was not present at the meeting. The representative of the court said that Moskalev escaped from house arrest. Lawyer Vladimir Bilienko told reporters that he knew nothing about the escape of his client.
Moskalev's case was widely publicized when his daughter Masha, a student of the sixth grade, was subjected to persecution. In April 2022, in the lesson, the girl painted a drawing in which a woman with a Ukrainian flag closes her child from flying missiles. After that, at the initiative of the school workers, the family was verified by the police and the FSB. Moskalev was threatened by the deprivation of parental rights.
On March 1, Alexei Moskalev was detained for anti -war comments. According to him, he was beaten in the police department. The guardianship authorities placed Masha Moskalev in a social shelter. Further, the court determined Moskalev's measure of restraint in the form of house arrest. The daughter was not given to him. In the shelter, the girl took a mobile phone, she is not allowed to communicate with her father and do not allow visitors and volunteers to her.
On March 12, the Commission on Minors of the City of Efremov of the Tula region filed a lawsuit to restrict Moskalev in parental rights. The same lawsuit was filed against Masha’s mother who does not live with his family.
