Lvova-Belova stated that Alexey Moskalev repeatedly violated the law, which is why he was forbidden to communicate with his daughter.

In addition, he was “repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for improper performance of parental duties,” the commissioner claims. According to her, Masha Moskaleva has been skipping school since February last year, and has stopped attending school since April.

Masha has a difficult relationship with her mother, the children's rights commissioner said. “As for my mother, she practically did not participate in Masha’s life. Now the girl remains in the SRTSN at her request, ”wrote Lvova-Belova.

Sitchikhina also said she lives with her 17-year-old daughter and husband. She allegedly managed to “steal” the eldest daughter from another marriage, but Masha did not succeed. According to the woman, she is not going to forbid Masha to communicate with her father and is ready to take her on dates. At the same time, the mother is going to "beat off her politics, anti-propaganda and drawings."

Lvova-Belova said that a psychologist is now working with a schoolgirl.

“The expert notes that the girl yearns for her dad, wants to see him. However, the pope himself, right on the eve of the court session, fled the country. Surely on the advice of "helpers" who are deliberately shaking this situation for the purposes of anti-Russian propaganda, involving the child as a means of achieving their goals, ”said Lvova-Belova.

The Commissioner for Children's Rights believes that Moskalev's escape further exacerbated the child's difficult situation.

The woman said that she was going to work to ensure that the schoolgirl did not live in a shelter, but with relatives. According to Lvova-Belova, the guardianship authorities managed to find relatives on the father's side, but they refused to take Masha away from the center.

Earlier, the Efremov Interdistrict Court of the Tula Region sentenced Moskalev to two years in a penal colony. He was found guilty of "discrediting" the Russian army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code).
