Representatives of the UOC MP demanded an immediate suspension of the process of acceptance and transfer of the property of Lavra. Thus, the lawsuit can be considered after leaving the Lavra of the Religious Organization of the UOC -MP.
At the same time, the court adopted a lawsuit of the monastery, which occupies part of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, to recognize the decisions of the termination of the contract of the property of the Lavra. A preliminary court session in this case was scheduled for April 26, said the lawyer of the monastery, Archpriest Nikita Chekman.
