The court arrested the acting deputy governor of the Bryansk region Kuleshova on suspicion of taking a bribe

The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested Tatiana Kuleshova, Acting Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Region, in the case of taking bribes on an especially large scale (part 5 of article 291 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the press service of the Moscow courts.

Kuleshova will be in prison until May 28, 2023.

According to TASS, the amount of the bribe amounted to 4.4 million rubles. She was passed through intermediaries, who were also identified and detained.

On March 29, Elena Yegorova and Tatyana Kuleshova, acting deputy governors of the Bryansk region, were detained in a case of taking bribes on an especially large scale.

The media also reported on the detention of the third deputy governor of the region, Nikolai Simonenko, who was in charge of construction issues. However, the press service of the government of the Bryansk region denied this information.
