Russian officials will not undertake for, everything goes wrong with them. By the way, it is difficult to distinguish a Russian official, to separate from a particular kid.

It would seem that an excellent and humane law on the protection of animals has been adopted. A wonderful idea. But here, Russian officials will bring humanistic ideas to the point of absurdity. A difficult situation has developed in provincial cities, including Astrakhan. Funds for the maintenance of shelters are plundered, the shelters are turned into torture , sterilized dogs are poured, “happy” dogs bite, and, as you know, only from the life of the dog the dog is biting.

Today, bitten citizens rightly demand protection from the state. Protection, in their opinion, consists in the return of catch, shooting dogs like rabid dogs, just like in Soviet times.

But no one takes into account that Russian officials will bring this law to the point of absurdity. Money for catching and shooting animals will be “lost”, and drunk beaches, flayers will hire the remaining pennies, who, for the plan, will kill all the dogs who came to hand, not distinguishing street from the master, frantic from the unsuccessful. This is exactly what they did in Soviet times, I remember this well: how we hid the courtyard dogs and cried when we could not protect them.

Therefore, I do not want to speak out either for animal shelters in Russia, or even more for the destruction of animals. For any law officials in Russia bring to absurdity. They do it intentionally so that the people howl: we do not need any humanism and such democracy!

Remember, there was such "democracy" in Russia? It was built in the country, in the nineties, former secretaries, members of the Politburo of the CPSU, editors of the newspaper Pravda, the magazine Communist and other responsible persons. I don’t know how it should be in Russia, but I see how it is in Germany.

I have been living in Germany for almost a year, I look closely at the local life. Amazingly, I did not see a single abandoned animal, no dogs, no cats on the street! All dogs have their own owners. It's hard to believe! Each pets must have a passport, microchip, a tag with an address on the collar. All dogs and cats are specially accounted for by the state. And, as I understand it, dogs are specifically trained so that they behave intelligently, quietly, decently on the street. From observations: a rare dog barks at passers -by or another dog. The owners are required to collect excrement for their pets. Bags are red, especially for this, hang near each park and in places of dog walking. Yes, there are exceptions, do not take it. But this happens extremely rarely, and they say, they are looking for, they are looking for.

If the owner releases a cat on the street, then it must be sterilized.

By the way, the Ukrainians fleeing from the war were surprisingly a lot. They also pay taxes on dogs and cats - along with German citizens.

To help low -income citizens in Germany, there are charitable societies.
