The Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow found him guilty in the case of the military "fakes". The reason for the criminal case was the posts on VKontakte about the bombing of Kyiv and the Drama Theater in Mariupol.

These posts “accidentally” saw two “active users of social networks” and one day gave evidence against Simonov.

One of the investigators of the Moscow SK twice tried to close the case “for the lack of corpus delicti”, but the authorities returned the materials, and then simply transferred them to the employee who initiated the case. After that, pensioner Simonov was sent to a pre -trial detention center.

In Russia, the level of domestic violence is extremely high, for the most part male in relation to women. Unable to overcome the causes of the stress received from the “outside world” (work, power, economics, etc.) - spill it inside the family, and also resort to auto -aggression (Russia in the first place in the world in male suicides).

Also, apparently, female stress is sometimes poured into patriotic denunciations of “active users of social networks”.
